2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery(COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash onDelivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using our secure online payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.This helps us ensure faster processing and contactless delivery for all ourcustomers.
3. Can I cancel or edit my orderafter placing it?
We try to ship orders as quicklyas possible to get your products to you faster!
Before Dispatch: Yes, you cancancel your order by emailing info@vivedaa.comimmediately with your Order ID.
After Dispatch: Unfortunately,once the order has left our warehouse, we cannot process a cancellation.
4. How will I know my order isconfirmed?
Once your payment is successful,you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your Order ID andorder details within minutes.
5. I didn't receive an orderconfirmation. What should I do?
Don't worry! First, check yourspam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, email us at info@vivedaa.com with your payment reference or registered mobile number, and we'll resend theconfirmation instantly.

6. What are your shipping charges?
Orders above ₹1099: FREE Standard Shipping across India.
Orders below ₹1099: Standard shipping charges apply (calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and pin code serviceability)
7. When will my order be shipped?
We usually dispatch orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order placement.
8. How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Metro Cities: Typically 3-4 days
Tier 2/3 Cities: Typically 5-7 days
9. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can use the "Vivedaa - Track your Order" link to monitor your package in real-time.
10. Do you ship to all pin codesin India?
We endeavor to ship across India.
However, some remote pin codes may be unserviceable. If your location is not Serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund.
11.Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently ship only within India. Stay tuned to our social media channels for updates on international shipping.
12.What is OTP-based delivery?
For secure delivery, we may enable One-Time Password (OTP) verification. You'll receive an OTP on your registered email/mobile after dispatch. The delivery agent may ask you to share this OTP at the time of delivery. Please do not share the OTP over phone calls or before physically receiving the shipment.
13. What if I'm not available toreceive my order?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times within 48-72 hours. If all attempts fail and you remain unavailable or unreachable, we may cancel your order and return it to origin.
In such cases, shipping and delivery charges may be deducted from any refund processed.
14. What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns on products due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, we offer Replacement or Refund specifically for:
Damaged or leaked products
Wrong product delivered
Missing items in the order
Defective or deficient products (for reasons attributable to us and verified)
15. How do I report a damaged,wrong, or missing product?
You must report the issue within
48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, you MUST provide:
A single, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened (no edits or cuts)
The video must clearly show the shipping label, all sides of the package, and the damage/issue
All items inside the box must be visible in the video

16. Can I return a product if Idon't like the fragrance, texture, or results?
No. Since our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns based on individual preferences regarding fragrance, texture, color, or expected results. We strongly recommend reading the complete product description and ingredient list carefully before purchase.
17. Can I return opened or usedproducts?
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are demonstrably defective and verified by us after inspection.
18. When will I receive my refund?
If your refund is approved (for cancellations before dispatch or valid damage claims after inspection), it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment mode (UPI/Card/Net Banking/Wallet).
19. What if reverse pickup is notavailable in my area?
If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may be requested to send the product to us via a reliable courier service at your expense. We will then work with you to find the best possible resolution.
